COVID-19 VIRUS PREVENTING NEBULIZATION

The recent rules defined by the CDM require the periodic sanitation of work, service and transit environments. From this point of view it is particularly useful to use nebulization disinfection systems.
These systems in fact allow the sanitization of environments and of people and vehicles entering and exiting in a simple and effective way.
In fact, nebulization allows to reach large rooms, large groups of people, vehicles and goods in transit from the treated unit in an effective and rapid way.
These are systems capable of nebulizing with billions of micro drops a disinfectant product used in all hospitals in the world that eliminates all traces of bacteria and viral forms with a very short exposure to the nebulization of a few seconds.

ANTI BACTERIAL NEBULIZATION
Exposure to the spray does not cause humidity and does not wet the person. But the bacterial and viral loads present on the surfaces of the treated subjects: clothes, packaging, goods are eliminated by the disinfectant product in a few seconds.

AREAS OF APPLICATION
the solution applies to all structures that have a structured entrance and therefore:
- PUBLIC OFFICES
- PRIVATE OFFICES
- PRODUCTION UNITS
- SCHOOLS
- BANKS
- SHOPPING CENTERS
- STATIONS AND AIRPORTS
- LOGISTICS DEPOSITS
- SPORT CENTERS
- AMBULATORS
- HOSPITALS

WHO GUIDELINES
The guidelines of the international scientific community indicate a series of prophylaxis to be followed in order to avoid contagion with viral pathogens of the COVID-19 coronavirus and, in addition to the well-known care of individual hygiene and frequent hand washing, sanitation is provided for all surfaces potentially exposed to the virus. This operation is performed very frequently in the environments listed above. With the SANIFOG system it is also possible to quickly sanitize all objects that are introduced indoors. be it goods or clothing worn by building staff, customers or users.
With a brief exposure of a few seconds of disinfectant solutions diluted with debacterized water. In a few seconds (less than 10) it is possible to eliminate any bacterial and viral load. In all hospitals in the world, the environment is sanitized with these products to avoid any contamination of patients, hospitals and visitors. Our system automates the process that would otherwise require dedicated personnel.

AUTOMATIC OUTDOOR SANITATION SYSTEMS
The automatic sanitization systems allow periodic and constant sanitization of the work environments and accesses. In fact, they allow to be activated both manually and remotely, or through presence sensors and photocells.
They do not require the supervision of an operator and can perform sanitization repeatedly during the day, or at the end of the shift / period of use.

OPERATION
Our systems can be automated with timers or photocells or motion sensors that activate and switch off after 8-10 seconds when people pass by to optimize consumption and avoid dispersion.
Nebulization has the advantage of consuming very few liters of disinfectant product with an operating cost of a few euros per day.
Creating a passage area at the entrance to the infrastructures (portals or tunnels) or creating sterilizing areas in areas with a high concentration of people will allow absolutely effective prophylaxis and without any contraindication to exposure.

The same operating principle can also be achieved in indoor environments, creating sanitizing lines that can be operated with a timer or manually in order to periodically sanitize the environment at each work period / interval or shift. For indoor environments we operate with pump systems of 50-60bar and dosatron. In this way we guarantee a very low impact in terms of residual humidity and particulate penetration even in the smallest interstices.

MANUALLY OPERATED MISTING SYSTEMS
It is also possible to carry out sanitization using pivoting tools, atomising pumps and thermo-nebulization systems.
The advantage of thermo-nebulization is the possibility of covering large rooms and volumes in a few minutes. Furthermore, this solution allows a limited use of water as a carrier and combines the effects of the disinfectant with that of the steam at a high temperature, also sanitizing.

ACTIVE PRINCIPLES
The line of disinfectants consist of bactericides and virucides registered as Medical Surgical Devices, disinfectants with bactericidal and virucidal power thanks to its active ingredients based on ethyl alcohol and Didecyl Dimethyl Ammonium Chloride. Virucides can be nebulized, diluted with water, at low concentrations (each manufacturer indicates the percentage of dilution). They are non-toxic to humans, animals and the environment, non-corrosive and non-staining. They have a strong action against bacteria and viruses, used in all hospitals against influenza viruses and bacteria.
